Description

To begin using the online exam system, users select a subject and click “start” to commence their exam. During the exam, each answer is submitted individually. Once all questions are answered, users can view their exam scores, detailing correct and incorrect responses. The system also highlights the top scores achieved by other users and their respective colleges. Upon completing their assessments, examiners can log out. Administrators enjoy additional privileges, including monitoring the total number of exam participants and curating questions and answers across various quiz categories. Both users and examiners contribute feedback through a dedicated form, enhancing system functionality and user engagement in the online exam experience.

Admin Login Details
Login Id: admin@admin.com Password: admin. To connect with the database the user need to make the database named project in localhost/phpmyadmin/ and then the users can import the database which is in the file of project.sql.

How To Run The Project?

To run this project, you must have installed a virtual server i.e. XAMPP on your PC (for Windows). This Doctor Appointment is in PHP with source code is free to download, Use for educational purposes only!

After Starting Apache and MySQL in XAMPP, follow the following steps.

1st Step: Extract file
2nd Step: Copy the main project folder
3rd Step: Paste in xampp/htdocs/

4th Step: Open a browser and go to URL “http://localhost/phpmyadmin/”
5th Step: Then, click on the databases tab
6th Step: Create a database naming “registration” and then click on the import tab
7th Step: Click on browse file and select “registration(1).sql” file which is inside the “SQL DATABASE EXPORT” folder
8th Step: Click on go.

After Creating Database,

9th Step: Open a browser and go to URL 

“http://localhost/Doctor_Patient\applicationlayer/Doctorpatient.php”
